Description: TThis rare 1910s Swiss “Turmac Bleu ” litho hinged 50 cigarette tin, measuring 4 1/4” x 5 1/2” x 1’, is in very good condition with no rust, a few small pinpoint dents on the lid and bottom and some very minor age related paint scratches and chips. The hinge is in excellent condition. This highly attractive bright blue and navy blue tin features white lettering advertising the Turmac Bleu” cigarette brand. The cigarettes were manufactured by the Turkish Macedonian Tobacco Company, Zurich, Switzerland. The company’s trademark is also on the tin lid.
