However, measurements may vary because the method you use to measure an item may differ from the method we use. So please allow some room for the variance. We are not responsible for variances in measurements. RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 30 days if there is something wrong with the product, such as arriving damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you want to return an item because you changed your mind or because it doesn’t fit, we usually accept the return and refund your purchase price, but you will be responsible for paying the return postage. We try to include measurements on all clothing items and many other items as well. If you want to purchase an item of clothing that does not have measurements listed, please send a request for measurements before purchasing. SHIPPING: It is our policy to ship all sold items either same day or on the following day, with a few exceptions: · Completed transactions that occur before noon EST on Friday will generally ship out same day or on Saturday, unless a trip to the post office is required. Our local post office closes at 4:00 p.m. and is not open on Saturday. · Completed transactions that occur on Saturday or Sunday generally will not go out until Monday. · Transactions completed on postal holidays will go out the next business day following the holiday, with the exception of Black Friday, which we take as a holiday. Most items are shipped Priority Mail, except: Smaller inexpensive items or media items, we will use either first class mail, media mail or standard shipping. For heavy items, we will use whichever carrier is the least expensive, whether it's FedEx, UPS or USPS. Local pickup is also an option.
