Description: Model #8 4" O-1 carbon steel blade model.Nickel silver guard with beautiful Yellow Micarta handle.It has a Model 11 sheath instead of a Model 8 sheath because the previous owner stored it in a Model 11 sheath for 4.5 inches.The edges have not been resharpened and show no signs of use. There are traces of polish on the blade surface, which makes it look shinier than a normal hairline finish.When the light is shined at an angle, a thin stain can be seen. It does not feel uneven to the touch and is not usually visible. It is probably a mark made when it was stored in a leather sheath.
