Tissue fans and tissue balls are 12 inches. The colorful decoration ornaments are bright printed cardstock with 2 designs- a mosque outline on one side and the moon outline on the other side, as pictured. Some assembly required. To assemble fans and balls open them up and use the attached tape to seal them open. Then attach the decorative ornaments in a variety of fashions, as you prefer. Some popular ways to use them: Style 1: Hanging decoration Punch a small hole about one inch from the edge inside the bottom pleat of each tissue decoration. Use the included plastic ties; loop the tie through the holes on both the decoration card and the tissue decoration, then snap the pointed edge into the hole of the other side of the tie to lock closed. Style 2: Center decoration Choose which side you prefer to have facing out. Using tape (not included) make a tape look to fix the decoration card in the middle of the fan or ball. Style 3: Front decoration Use the included plastic ties to loop the tie through the hole on the decoration card and close. Loop the plastic tie over the string on the tissue decoration to hang the decoration card in front of the rosette. Flip the decoration card to change sides whenever you like. Style 4: Banner style Use the included plastic ties to loop the tie through the hole on the decoration card and snap closed. Select a ribbon (not included), and hang the completed decoration cards and tissue decorations along the ribbon for a banner look. Select your desired combination from the drop-down menu above.
