PRIOR to Nadal's 22nd Grand Slam victory. * This card lists his home country as 'RUSSIA' while also correctly referring to him as 'SPANISH SENSATION' Quite the quirk - a notable error, yet somehow listing both, creating a distinctly unique Auto for the tennis G.O.A.T. / Slams leader that no other Auto card on eBay possesses regardless of imprint year. Being an early-career 2006 Auto, the back of the card goes on to describe Nadal's success as a teenage phenom during the previous year ("captured a teen-record 11 singles titles"). It also says he "owns a 3-1 career record against reigning king Roger Federer." Sorry Roger, but that's now 24-16 overall, 14-10 in Finals, and 21-20 in Grand Slam championships. Nadal is the reigning Slams King (with 22) and the G.O.A.T. Please see photographs for card condition. On the back of the card, the upper left corner has a surface indentation that is not noticeable under normal room lighting but can be seen if placing the card under a light and rocking it back and forth.
