Description: This OMEGA Chromegatrol Power Supply Timer 412-040 is in good cosmetic condition showing some signs of wear and prior use. It was missing the fuse holder/cover when I first tried to power it on. I replaced the fuse with correct amps and a new holder and It powered on as shown.
