Description: Quilt Kit~2M~80" x 80" Jelly Fish Batik Block Quilt (Includes Pattern and Fabric for Top of Quilt and Binding) The 2M postcard quilt pattern, designed by Tricia Maloney of Villa Rosa Designs, features the Jelly Fish signature batik collection by McKenna Ryan for Hoffman Fabrics. The design is made up of 25 blocks measuring 16" square (completed size) like the block shown in picture 4 rotated in alternating directions. The finished quilt will measure 80" x 80" as shown, or you can purchase an additional 1-1/4 yards of fabric to add an optional 4" border making the quilt 88" x 88". This kit is packaged to match the photo and does not included the optional border fabric! The kit contains a purchased copy of the 2M postcard pattern/instructions designed by Tricia Maloney of Villa Rosa Designs along with enough batik fabric to complete the quilt shown in picture 1. This kit contains all fabrics required for top and edge binding. BACKING AND BATTING WILL NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. The overall finished size of this quilt as shown is 80" x 80". Pictures 2 and 3 show the pattern and fabrics included in this kit, picture 4 shows a completed block, and pictures 5 thru 10 show some of the fabrics used in larger images. There are no substituted fabrics! Skill Level: Confident to Advanced Beginner (traditional machine piecing) This kit includes 13 fat quarters plus yardage for the light background and dark accent strips along with a color copy showing the above picture of this quilt and the list of fabrics used to help you with your block layout.
