Description: I am selling this lot of 30 CDs I recorded at just over cost so they can be used as a ministry tool for whoever buys them. All profits from this purchase will go to support the starting of a Christian music venue that will also serve as a platform to help the community. You can choose whether you want your CDs autographed or sealed. There is a complete list of tracks and guest artists on the high resolution photos. Guest artists appearing with me include Stellar Award artist BB Jay, K-Lee, T-Dogg, and Jayjee. Production was by Shaeshoc, Son of Mack, and T-Dogg Productions. The CD is Altarego "Sketches & Rhymes" which is full of energy, has fun songs, but tackles many issues as well. If you want the CD's sealed, then let me know. If you want it autographed with a word of encouragement or scripture then just let me know. *****The goal of this venue is to provide a positive way to spend weekend nights for the youth in the community and for others who want to experience some quality Christian rock, rap, worship, etc. I have been working on the concept for this vision for over a decade and the time is right to launch it. The goal is to have concerts every Friday and Saturday night with quality music artists. On Monday evenings, there will be a local singer/songwriter night. On Tuesdays, there will be a teen girls' group led by my wife. On Wednesdays, the place will be made availabe to a local youth group(s). On Thursdays, there will be a service for youth from all denominations to come together and focus on Jesus and tear down some of the walls of divison. *****My testimony. I grew up a shy kid and was saved at age 15. I was not one to every want to be on stage and then I was asked by the creative ministries director of my church to do a rap one day to promote a youth event coming up. I had never done one before and did my best...and it was pretty bad. A couple of nights later, I am lying in bed one night and I feel God telling me that I am supposed to bring His message to the youth via Hip Hop music. I thought this was crazy because I didn't listen to much hip hop, I was caucasion, I had no rhythm, and had a pretty bad case of stage fright. As happened in the Bible with many different people, God seems to call the people who are willing despite of their initial abilities and ends up equipping them for the task at hand. Such was my case. Twenty plus years after the journey began, I have been blessed to minister at about 1400 different events. I won Independent Christian Song of the Year and Independent Christian Rap Artist of the year in 2002 and won 2006 Best of the Submissions and had Wrong Cross released by Sony/Beatmart records as a result. My wife is a stay at home mom who shares the same passion I have and the same vision for this venue. We are just normal people that have been blessed to be able to be used by God to help try to make a difference. *****We have specific needs and a timetable set to bring this vision to reality.
