If you need a different weight or flex in the KBS Tour Hybrid Proto just email me and I can always swap out the shaft to your specs. The shaft has been installed and the length will be 40.25" long. We have not butt trimmed it yet as some buyers want it shorter or longer. No head cover but if I find something to cover it, I will include it.
