Description: Very rare Pterosaur Hind Leg Bone from the Kem Kem Basin, Tegana fm, Red Sandstone Beds. Taouz, South Morocco. The fossil measures 6.9 inches. The exact species this came from is unknown, there are over 150 species of the broader group of Pterosaur identified. All Pterosaur fossils are very rare and are found in very few areas. Pterosaurs were a bird-like dinosaur group who, like modern day birds, had very thin and light bones which are very rarely preserved over millions of years.
