Note that a portion of the flagpole is missing on stamp position 1 adjacent to the red stripes due to inking-in roller misregistration. It is accompanied by a Professional Stamp Experts Certificate dated 1/10/2019 stating "it is a genuine unused, o.g., never hinged imperf coil strip of four with Plate No. 4." The Certificate number is 01355738. The most recent edition (17th) of Datz Catalogue of Errors values a Plate number 4 Strip of 3 at $200.00 The gum is in excellent condition---there are no fingerprints or gum skips.
