The second piece is a complete Proto 6020AB 3/4: drive torque wrench. The head is in good working order but the bottom of the handle falls off. It looks like the bolt threads are broken off where the nut would screw on. You will get both as shown with your order. You will get EVERYTHING you see in the photos with your purchase.
