I’m assuming it’s some kind of certificate about the city and then is a pasted bio of the artist and it is signed again by Zivic. There is also a typed note from the artist that reads. “I sketch this in 1972 when this saguaro was still standing. It had 52 arms and was the largest in Saguaro park east.
