The fabric is 100% cotton and is clean and brightly stamped so it's easy to "read". You receive the quilt top and instructions for completing this beautiful heirloom project. A chart (see photo) tells what colors of floss are needed, or use your own color scheme. You will also need backing and batting. See pictures as part of my description.
