Description: Published by Hall and McCreary Company of Chicago in 1930, this is a 256-page paperback of 36 songs for various combinations of voices, arrangements, and instruments. The book is program material that was published for choral directors, in hopes of filling an "important place in choral music literature." Included were "several new numbers" which, at that time, had never before appeared in print, and "new arrangements of many excellent settings." Numbers of all degrees of difficulty, ranging from easy unison choruses to eight part a cappella works, are part of this collection. Book is in very good shape. Some shelf wear and foxing, but spine and pages are all intact.
