Description: For your consideration is this primitive and antique kitchen lot that came from an old New Hampshire farmhouse. The elderly lady and her late husband had lived in the farmhouse their whole lives. She had to go to a nursing home a few years ago and the house and contents were basically intact til now, when they were being sold for the heirs. I'll list what's what, and give descriptions of each piece. Strainer with handle, with ring for hanging. Needs a spot weld on the band that goes around the outside by the strainer. Some finish loss on the inside, strainer good. About 2 3/4" high, diameter across the top 4 5/8", handle 3 1/4" long. Silvers Apple Corer, in relief in capital letters. Handle 3 1/2" long, corer 5 3/4" long. Rumford biscuit cutter. Large letters in relief on side, also printed on top. Is 3 5/8" long.Small measure with "KLIM" in capital letters on the handle. Maybe 1/4" cup? Handled piece with punched out holes, rough like grater. To descale fish? No idea. Measures 2 3/8" x 4". Clad's Disher, antique ice cream scoop. Works. Largest of 3 metal scoops. This one is 3" x 5 3/4", not counting the handle. Second scoop is 2 3/4" x 5", not counting the handle. Third scoop has squared off end, and is 3" x 4 1/2", not counting the handle. Last we have a cutie! A tiny granite ware white with a blue rim funnel and handle. The funnel is 2 1/4" long and the diameter across the top is 1 3/4". A few dings here and there, especially on the handle, but that is expected. Folks, normally I scrub, clean and polish everything that I sell, but not this time. All of the antique dust and "crud" is on each piece, just as it came out of the farmhouse. The only piece that I cleaned was the funnel. The winning bidder can clean or not clean; whatever they want to do. Ground Advantage shipping is FREE. I appreciate your interest!
