Description: This auction is for a Primitive Original One Of A Kind Black Kitty Cat, Candy Corn shelf sitters and a mini wooden sign. The kitty cat is made from tea-dyed muslin, painted black, then sanded down to make it look old and worn. The nose is an upholstery tack, the mouth is embroidered on with black thread and the whiskers are white sisal twine. The green glass eyes are glued onto the kitty. I glued a piece of black ribbon that has a pattern of candy corn and orange and yellow polka dots on it, around its neck and a rusty heart on its chest. I sewed a rusty jingle bell onto the tip of its tail. I made the kitty cat from a pattern by Sweet Meadows Farm Primitives. The kitty is approximately 5 inches tall and 3 inches wide. The candy corn is made from tea-dyed muslin and painted white, orange and yellow. I made it using my own, original pattern. I sanded it down to make it look old and worn, then primitively stitched between the colors, using black embroidery thread. I glued it onto a rusty star, so it will sit nicely for you. It is approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide. The sign is approximately 4 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide. I painted the 'post' orange and sprinkled it with orange glitter. The base is a wooden star, painted black and then sprinkled with black glitter. The sign says 'It's All About The Candy'! Thank you for looking at my auction.
