Description: One of a KindChristmas / Winter Folk Art Whimsical Snowman Doll ~ Pattern by Sweet Meadows Farm ~ This sweet Snowman will look so very charming hanging on a favorite door or wall this Winter season. :) He's approximately 17 1/2" tall from the top of his hat to the bottom of his painted boots. ~ Please refer to the last photo in which Snowman is photographed with a Sharpie marker to show scale ~ He was created from osnaburg muslin and hand-painted. Snowman hangs by a sturdy threaded loop at his back. His eyes are old mismatched buttons and his nose is a painted, whittled dowel stick. His mouth was created from glass beads. Old wooden buttons are stitched down his tummy and wears a tattered scarf of homespun. I created his hat from felt and it's adorned with a bit of shiny, silver tinsel. The hat is held in place with a corsage pin so you can position it however you please. A beautiful black metal Snowflake is stitched to Snowman's left hand. I've had it in my collection for nearly 20 years, and he decided he would like to have it. Snowman is signed and dated.
