Description: Prime #9 (February 1994, Malibu Comics) - Prime an Atom Bomb Cover and signed by Norm Breyfogle. It does NOT come with a COA and I did NOT witness the signing but have compared it to other signatures and it appears to match. This issue grades about a 4.0 VG/4.5 VG+. The cover, which has retained good reflectivity, and centerfold are firmly attached, the pages are white. The front cover has several spine stress lines, the biggest under the bottom staple and measuring about 3/4"; the back cover spine also has a number of stress lines, the biggest approx. 1/4", the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 1/2" crease and there is color loss at the bottom right-hand edge and corner.
