Heads fit snugly and without need for tack or drilling. Unfinished/unpainted parts will come with sprues removed but that's it: you'll have to clean up flashing and do the finishing, painting, etc. Recommend only seasoned hobbyists familiar with working with resin parts and kits go this route.
