Jonathan serves as the Program Director and Assistant Teaching Professor in the Professional Leadership Studies program at the University of Rhode Island. He also founded and serves as the Executive Director and a Master Trainer for Leadership Trainer—a Boston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses exclusively and explicitly on trainer preparation.Jonathan earned a PhD from Fielding Graduate University in Leadership with a focus in Group Mentoring.
