It Has eyelets on the crown and adjustable nose with a throat latch, too. This is not a cheaply made halter. Both horse size and cob size are available. The cob size should fit the smaller horses 600-800 lbs like Arabs and Pasos.The horse size should fit horses 800-1100 lbs. Standard shipping is to the lower 48 states only.
