Produced by Mervyn "Muff" Winwood and recorded in the UK with a venerable lineup of British musicians (Martin Gordon bass, Adrian Fisher guitar and Norman "Dinky" Diamond drums), the album slotted into the contemporary popularity of glam rock, situating itself stylistically within the experimental and electronically led auspices of the likes of Roxy Music and David Bowie circa '74.
