It makes a spinning sound and clicking that sounds like it's trying to play but afterwards will show an error display. Tried CDs and DVDs and reacts the same. Because I of this, the unit is being sold AS IS and FINAL for PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY with NO RETURNS. No remote included. Unit belonged to my uncle and it was in his storage that we're clearing out. Physical condition is very good with a very clean front panel. There are line marks on top of the player.
