Description: Powered chassis for Lima Class 44 locomotive, re-power, for Auscision Bogies, HO These are designed to use Auscision SP-142 bogies which are not included. May work with others. These include a Bachmann type 24mm motor although upon request it can be made to suit many different motor sizes. Electrical and Mechanical performance is greatly improved over the original Pancake motor w/pickups on only half the wheels, These will be made in all black. Installation;This replaces the original chassis. To use this chassis a small amount of modification to the body shell is required. Removal/shortening of the centre screw tower and (optionally) drilling the rear light holes (Lima left them solid). Super glue suggested, soldering for the wires.
