Description: Pouyat Limoges - White's Art Studio Pitcher / Ewer Hand Painted Grapes 11 3/4"This is a stunning pitcher made by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France. It was then decorated by White's Art Studio in Chicago. The studio was only open from 1914-1923. The design features a red grape arbor that has gold highlights on a red, green and white body. The handle, top and bottom rims are all in gold. The entire pitcher stands 11 3/4" tall at the highest point on the handle. It is signed by the painter at the handle. It looks like T. Firon but I am not sure. Item is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks or cracks. Gold is excellent as well. It is signed by decorator. Please view the photos for a better description.
