Description: Portuguese Hand-wrought Hammered Solid Silver Sideboard Tray with Figural Lion and Floral Motif c1730Presented is a beautifully detailed solid silver sideboard tray with a hand hammered interwoven floral motif and figural lion center. I believe this item to have been made in Portugal c1730. It is a beautiful piece with some dents and dings, a missing and torn piece long the edge of the tray, no monogram or engraved dedication and only some fine scratches from gentle use and care.I have acquired an interesting assortment of other items, so please look at my other auctions.Measure: 9 ¾” inches, 1” inches highest to rimWeight: 7.9 ounces on my postal scale or 223 gramsMarked: - Condition: This item is sold as is with damage. It has some past repiars, some dents and dings including a rip or tare in the side with a missing piece, no monogram, some scratches from gentle use and care.
