Porcelain Little Girl 16" Tall Doll GEPPEDDO Vintage 1990's

Description: For your consideration is this wonderfully cute looking rosy-cheeked vintage 1990's genuine Geppeddo collectible little girl porcelain doll. The doll is approximately 16.0" tall and has absolutely beautifully colored long curly warm ginger red hair neatly tied up in a cute accessory hair bow. The doll features a beautifully detailed painted porcelain head, feet and hands with a soft cloth body. The doll appears to have beautiful green colored eyes (I'm colored blind; be your own judge) and is outfitted in an adorable white collared, green with a floral (possibly Edelweiss) flowered patterned dress over white bloomers. The doll is also wearing a lace trimmed white apron that has green piping just above the lace. The doll displays an attractive green color silk like ribbon bow with a deep red silk like rose in its center and is wearing a pair of soft white leather shoes. The brand stamp identifying this doll as a genuine Geppeddo piece is printed on the back of the doll's neck as pictured in the description photograph. The doll has been gently played with over the years but mostly it sat displayed on a shelf. The doll's porcelain remains in very nice condition with no signs of damage and/or repairs. The doll's face is exquisitely painted and the eyes look amazingly lifelike with long faux eye lashes that will make you look twice. The clothes on the doll are also in good condition and could easily be removed and washed if the new owner so desired to do so. The back of the doll's white bloomers show to have a light browning possibly from where it rubbed up against the shelf over the years. The front of the apron has a few tiny brown spots of unknown origin but nothing too ostentatious or hideous looking.
