Description: Almost all cards are pack fresh; matter of fact, if it is listed as NM, there is a 99.9% chance it is pack fresh. If it is not listed as NM, please know I did my best to grade the card and usually erred in favor of a lesser grade when it was a close call, just to be safe. If you receive your card and are not happy with its condition, remember we offer full refunds on all but one of our items. Just message that you want a refund and we will get it figured out. Though please keep in mind if the card is to be sent back, you will be responsible for shipping it back. All cards are shipped in either a top loader or using Hobby Armor card protectors, just depends on the size of the order. All orders are shipped the next day, except on Saturday's. One final note, PLEASE try to remember we are not the post office and cannot control the mistakes they make. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it yet, give it a day or two. It is not uncommon for card orders to be marked as delivered when they make it to the post office they are to be delivered from. That being said, it could also have delivered to the wrong address; sadly this happens more often than it should. Again, please remember we cannot help that they made a mistake. All you have to do is let us know and we will do our best to help fix the situation quickly. Along those lines, please know that ALL orders are shipped next day. If for some reason the tracking is not showing your item has been shipped even though it was marked shipped days ago, there is a good chance the tracking data is a couple days behind.
