I can 'come' to your location, otherwise you can 'come' to me (worldwide). Keep in mind: After trading, CP and IV may normally change (reroll). It is also determined by your level. Have enough Stardust (usually 80.000) on your account. To raise the chances of maybe getting a Lucky pokemon, send me an older pokemon in return.
