Item: 1st edition Dark Vileplume from the Team Rocket set. Card 30/82. Released in April 2000. This card is NOT a holo. Condition: This is a decent card. No bends. Some loss of gloss. Some scuffing and noticeable edgewear on the back (check the pic). Because of the edgewear (but no bends), I would call this card something between “Moderate Play” and “Light Play”.
