Description: Poets of Today VII. James Dickey. Paris Leary. Jon Swan. Scribner's. With an introductory essay by John Hall Wheelock and featuring poetry by James Dickey, Paris Leary, and Jon Swan. Pretty cool book. Basically three poetry books in one. A collection of poems of James Dickey, Paris Leary, and Jon Swan. This is the first book of James Dickeys poetry, who later became the Poet Laureate in 1966. From the personal Library of Nancy Sullivan. Signed and inscribed to Nancy Sullivan by James Dickey. Signed and inscribed on FEP by Paris Leary. Also Signed by Paris Leary in his section of the book. Condition. Good Plus/Very Good Minus. Moderate handling wear and edge wear. Some light creasing and chipping to DJ edges. Pages tanned as seen with age. Minor soiling in areas. The book has a bit of a twist to it. Touch of foxing to FEP and REP areas. Book itself remains in great condition with bright gilding on spine. Overall good condition and a ton of history to it. Please see photos for complete condition.
