Description: Exact item shown, OP10 instrumentation amplifier, ceramic 14 pin DIP, removed from a modular microwave amplifier where the amplifier part burned out, this was in the power supply section that was still working. Note, the through hole part of the leads were trimmed off - this is typical of microwave assembly in the mid 80s.
