This is the hard-to-find white sided drug store version in the 2nd. box style release in 1975. This kit is COMPLETE and in "excellent" condition, HOWEVER, the paper window inserts are "reproductions" - but outstanding looking repro windows! There are NO cracks, breaks, or any blemishes. The box now, is only in "good" condition for it does have shelf wear and a "slit" on the bottom top lid. Still, this is a highly collectible piece! These Plasticville commercial buildings are always striking additions for your Plasticville or O/S scale layout. This item is ALL original from 1975 (except for the paper window inserts).
