While researching this horse I couldn't find it on Ebay or Amazon. I did locate one on Google which had sold. The black plate on bottom right corner is missing. As you can see that it is signed by the artist M.G. Phelps. It is from PJ' s Carousel Collection made in Newbern, Va. If you try you cannot find this particular horse "Misty" anywhere. Shelf B2.
