Font cover and first five pages have come detached. Last two pages have come detached. Pages have some discoloration. Writing on first page. Although the book has some obvious issues it’s still an interesting piece of history. Gives information on townships like marriages, deaths, total value of person property (horses, cheese, wagons, etc), information like the first barn or church erected. Also gives personal narratives like the life story of someone born in 1777. Someone trading one hundred pounds of nails for 300 pounds of pork. A hunting accident that resulted in a death. A story of a bear attacking dogs and someone killing the bear with an axe. (At least I find these kind of stories interesting, those where just what I flipped to at random). Besides the detached front and back pages, the center pages look held together well, like the book has not been read often.
