Pioneer DVL-700 Combo DVD Laserdisc Player Partially Working For Parts Or Repair

Description: This is for a Pioneer DVL-700 combination laserdisc / DVD player which is being sold as partially working for parts or repair only. It was tested, and while it will play both laserdisc's and DVD's (see the last few pictures), it is only responsive to button presses some of the time. Sometimes it worked fine, and sometimes it would ignore button presses on both the main unit as well as the remote. It seems to have the most trouble switching from side A to side B of a laserdisc, or ejecting the tray. Sometimes turning the unit off and on made it responsive again, and sometimes I had to unplug it to get it working again. Because of this, it is being sold as a non-working unit for parts or repair purposes only. It is in good cosmetic condition with some light marks and scratches from normal use. The most notable scratch is on the front top right edge of the faceplate, next to the sticker on the top. It includes the original box and remote. This unit will be shipped as seen in the first picture in the original factory box, with no outer box to protect the factory box or to conceal the contents.
