Originally this was just a T Junction with Chase Way and Chase Side, but that changed when ASDA was constructed some years ago. The Waggon was originally the Waggon and Horses, and at one time was a Schooner Inn, with very rustic decor inside. Then it changed its name and for a while was called the Haywain. The most recent makeover has seen it almost return to its original name.
