CD's are shipped by Small Packet airmail (no tracking) outside of Canada. If tracking is desired please inquire prior to purchase. CD's purchased with a value greater than $50.00 will be assigned shipping with tracking automatically and will have the higher rate for this service. All single CD's are shipped in padded mailers to keep costs as low as possible. All broken plastic jewel cases are replaced prior to shipping. Occasionally they do get cracked as a result of the postal system and this has no bearing on the condition of the CD or inserts.
