To eliminate the RF noise created by the diode snap off within the bridge rectifier, we created this compact capacitor snubber printed circuit assembly to do the job. Included in the kit are all the parts shown in the first photo. The second photo shows how the kit is individually packaged for shipment. The kit includes a new 50A, 600V Bridge rectifier, the White Oak Audio Snubber PCB, four 0.022uF 400V 10% film capacitors, and PL700 mounting hardware (SS Screw 10-32x1.75", 2x 10-32 SS Hex Nuts, 2x #10 SS Internal Tooth Lock Washers). This bridge and snubber works in all PL400 and PL700 applications as well as in other brand amplifiers that use the large KBH style bridge rectifiers. This clever design fits over the bridge terminals, leaving them free for the other wire or Faston terminal connections. The 4 capacitors sit aside the bridge, out of the way of your wiring and in the shadow of the bridge rectifier. The snubber board also has 2 wire holes to conveniently and neatly wire up the DC Protect circuit offered by Watts Abundant to add speaker protection to your Phase Linear amplifier.
