Return policy details: RETURNS POLICY • If you wish to cancel an order within 14 working days after delivery you will be entitled to a full refund. The refund will be issued once the items have been checked and processed and returned to us in their original packaging and condition.( This normally takes 10-14 Days to process.) Return Postage will only be refunded on faulty or damaged in transit goods. It is up to the customer to arrange the return of any item ensuring that the goods are delivered back using an approved method. If you decide to return an item after the seven days cooling off period then a restocking fee of 20% will be charged. If an item is delivered faulty or damaged you will be entitled to a full refund .The refund will be issued once we have received and tested the faulty item. Once the item has been received and tested as being faulty we will also refund the return postage on that item.(This process normally takes 14-21 Days) It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item to us. You must notify us by 7 days of any damages or intention of returning any faulty goods.. •We cannot accept any items for return which have been specifically manufactured or ordered for you. These items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. •We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect. •Before returning any item(s) please contact us for authorisation by telephone or email. Once your return is logged with a member of Staff then you must not return the item until you hear back from our returns department where you will be given a authorisation number. We reserve the right to charge a surcharge to replace product packaging that is missing or returned in a damaged state. The surcharge amount will be a minimum of 25% •Items must be returned complete unless otherwise agreed. Any items that arrive back incomplete will be re-delivered back to the customer at the customer's expense.
