Immigrated to Israel 1966. Lived and worked in Hod Hasharon. Died in 2005. Studies Academy of Fine Arts, Krakow. Peter Horowitz was born in Boryslav, Poland. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. After graduation he had several exhibitions in Kracow, and Warsaw. In 1956, four of his works were exhibited at the biennale in São Paulo, Brazil. In 1962, two of his works were exhibited at the Polish House in The Venice Biennale. In 1966 he emigrated to Israel and settled in Hod HaSharon. He created using the oil technique on canvas, his works depict landscapes, still lifes and portraits. Horowitz had solo exhibition at the Chemerinsky Art Gallery, Tel Aviv, in 1971.
