Description: I added a custom set of modified swordsmen. I attempted to make great swords as something that Perry Miniatures (as well as others miniatures) do not have. So I made some Great Swordsmen as body gaurds to the command group. I know they are not perfect, and this is my 3rd time making such attempts. However, I hope you enjoy them in your army you are trying to build. The scale is 28 mm I used Gorilla Super Glue Gel; in my experience, this is proven to be very durable! ===Other information=== Historically great swordsmen were used as bodyguards as well as protectors of communications and commanders in the battlefield, and they also been known to guard hallways and Pathways and fortifications. Great swords are also utilized as a somewhat anti alarm unit, more particularly against pikes. The swords I modify to make them into great sword that are based on a historical piece; the English, and I think even German two handed sword with a fishtail pommel. As you can see closely on the models, I added an extra length of the grip and fishtail pommel on it, and the grip is a wasted grip on the great swords. (I personally think wasted grips look very nice on Longswords and Great swords & feel comfortable on the hands) As a HEMA protectioner, I understand they're not really holding the great swords properly, but there's so much I can do for a custom-made peace. They were a bit tricky to make, I hope you like these. I have a few batch that I made, and they were very tricky and pretty hard to make. I will list them pretty soon. Once I run out of them, I will make more, and I plan to make more great swordsmen in the future, but I am going to take a small break from that. Thanks for reading.
