Front and back covers feature a clear plastic wrap underneath there are photographic images of Guy Madison. The back image is on Kodak photo paper. Clear wraps show some shelfwear and edgewear. Corners show some bumping. (See Photos) Blue spiral binding is strong and secure. Illustrations are bright and clear. Interior has some light edgewear. Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks. Inside pages has a large 8 x 10 kodak photo that was glued to page 39 but has come unglued.
