They are usually dirty and yellowed. I have posted some before and after pictures. You may have already found out the hard way that cleaners will smear the ink right off of them. I started to fool around trying to make replacements. I tried paper and address labels in a printer, vinyl in a printer etc. Finally I hired a graphic artist and had them professionally reproduced and screen printed on vinyl. Even that tended to stretch slightly so they didn't fit perfectly. The vendor suggested that I laminate an additional layer of clear on top of them which stopped the stretching and they are now perfected. If you use a modicum of care they will go right over your old clock wheels and make them look new again. You can wash them all day long and they will not fade, smear etc. I give a full money back warranty if you are not satisfied.
