Description: Hello, Available for sale is this Ho scale steam locomotive by Penn Line models. Kit is built and appears to be complete with tender. Kit was painted but it’s been in storage for years that paint is in rough shape. Metal all appears to be in good condition with no cracks. Bench tested model by running direct power with wire from transformer and model hums and wants to go but appears to be stuck and does need repairs. Kit has original box also in rough shape and it has its building instructions so you can take it apart and give it some TLC. Selling it as is.
