There are some ear marked folds on some pages, but paper is still pliable and folds have not caused tearing or fraying. Some minor foxing. There is a thin plastic (hard to see) dust jacket on book cover that has preserved cover. Illustrations are colorful & black & white. Thrift store find. More photos available upon request*** ***Item printed in China before Edition with “Volume 1” on cover was printed outside of China. Item appears to be one of early editions. Unlike other eBayers, I can’t say 100% that this is a 1st edition. It, however, was printed in China and came out prior to the editions with Volumes I-III written on book cover. From my research, it appears that several iterations of this book were printed in China and differences appear on the next to last page (and other pages). My edition has The Cost on Taiwan page (below copyright reserved on next to last page in book) with “U.S. $2.00.” I haven’t seen another edition on-line or elsewhere with this particular detail. Other editions have U.S $4.00 or some other dollar amount.
