Description: NEW - FREE USA SHIPPING + LOWER PRICE! A HTF early ceramic ornament of SNOOPY as a 1976 OLYMPIC ATHLETE, from Determined Productions in 1975. Part of their six piece 1975 "Sports Series". This is an early piece based on the felt bottom with the Made in Japan sticker. No chips, scratches or glazing - just like new yet it's 49 years old. Has the original hanging cord, plus the bottom is in perfect condition with the green felt covering with info and the Japan sticker, see pictures. 2 5/8" tall. Excellent condition. NOTE - The small blue mark on the back of his feet is a manufacturing mark left by the blue paint on his shorts. These are hand-painted before firing, and it is under the glaze, not a surface mark. It shows the individuality of each piece during the production process by Determined Productions. NOTE - The earlier dates on the bottom label are COPYRIGHT DATES, not the year that this ornament was first issued by Determined Productions.
