Paul Klee Mount Niesen Egyptian Night time Landscape, Framed Vintage Print

Description: A vintage framed print after well listed Swiss Expressionist artist Paul Klee (1879-1940). It depicts a mountain at night time with the moon and stars above and colourful cubist garden shapes in the foreground. It is titled Mount Niesen - Egyptian Night , (though this does not appear in the print), and is after Macke's painting of 1915, first exhibited in Bern. Mount Niesen is in the Bernese Alps of Switzerland which is often called the Swiss Pyramid because of it's shape. The print is in excellent bright condition and is very well presented with a double card mount (green below, ivory above) within a very complimentary textured green and cream painted wood frame. The mount is in excellent condition, there are some tiny signs of age to the frame but it remains very presentable in my view. Estimated to date to the 50s or 60s. Glazed and ready to hang. Measures 49 x 54cm including the frame, the image only is 22 x 34cm. Postage £8 to mainland UK, £26 to mainland Europe and £54 to the USA.
