The picture on the signed card is the same cover art from the CD. The signed item shown in this listing is the actual item that you will receive. The CD IS included along with the signed photo card. Shipping is $5.50 in the contiguous U.S. All others pay actual shipping. Payment Terms are: Visa and Master Card (THROUGH Pay-Pal).
